RESPONSIBILITIES
- Procurement: acquisition, delivery, renewal and promotion of information resources and liaising with vendors.
- Deal with a range of legal and business information requests, from quick requests for cases, legislation and company information to more in-depth legal research.
- Assist with the delivering of training and inductions for lawyers, trainees and other new joiners.
- Supporting the end-to-end management of current awareness.
- Maintain information on the client information systems and intranet.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Ideally some procurement, vendor management and acquisitions experience.
- Relevant work experience in Information Services, preferably in a legal or business commercial environment.
- Some experience in undertaking research and/or answering enquiries.
- Some familiarity with legal and business research databases.
- Information-related qualification would be ideal.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
