We’re on the lookout for a proactive IT Client Engineer to support our dynamic, tech-driven office environments. You’ll be the go-to expert for clients providing seamless AV, meeting room, networking, and telephony (Avaya, RingCentral) support. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, customer facing high-tech spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-site IT support for clients and internal teams
  • Setup and decommissioning of IT services during client move-ins/move-outs
  • AV and meeting room tech support
  • WiFi, networking, and telephony setup and troubleshooting
  • Liaising with third-party vendors for specialised support

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an IT engineer in a customer-facing role
  • Solid grasp of networking fundamentals (VLANs, NAT, OSPF)
  • Strong knowledge of modern PC and network operating systems
