TH Recruit is instructed on a Land Manager opportunity with a five-star, East Midlands based house builder. Reporting directly to the Land Director and working closely with the Senior Land Manager, this person will be tasked with securing sites to build on the existing land bank within the business across the patch (Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Lincolnshire).

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new opportunities across the patch, utilising agents and your network
  • Manage the acquisition process for new sites including; identification, due diligence, offer, contract, purchase, planning, through to pre-start
  • Liaise with relevant internal departments and external consultants if required, throughout the land appraisal, bid process and during planning application
  • Maintain and expand your network with relevant agents and landowners
  • Assist the Land Director on major projects
  • Creating informative land packs in a timely manner for review

Offering a competitive salary (up to £65,000) plus package and bonus.
