Your Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair a wide range of industrial boilers, CHP (Combined Heat and Power) engines, and combustion equipment
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance across multi-utility plant sites, including work on multi-fuel boilers, burner systems, steam and heating systems, pumps, motors, and control systems
- Diagnose faults, perform repairs, and support minor installations
- Cross-training will be provided for skilled tradespeople with the right mindset; multi-skilling is essential in this role
What My Client Is Looking For:
- Strong electrical fault-finding skills with a relevant qualification (HNC or ONC in Electrical Engineering) (Mechanical or HVAC qualifications with a strong understanding of Electrical equipment will also be considered)
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with CHP systems, steam boiler plants, and gas/oil combustion is desirable
- Additional qualifications such as Gas Safe, COSHH awareness, and IOSH Core are beneficial
