Our client, a Silver Circle law firm with a top-tier Employment practice, is looking for a Senior Associate to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
You’ll be joining a highly respected, international-facing Employment team known for advising a broad range of employer clients across contentious, advisory, and transactional matters. The role offers high levels of client contact and the opportunity to work on complex UK and cross-border issues.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling senior exits, team moves, and internal investigations
- Advising on restructurings, TUPE, and workplace policies
- Supporting corporate transactions, tribunal cases, and High Court litigation
- Delivering strategic advice to high-profile clients across multiple sectors
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ PQE solicitor (common law jurisdiction)
- Broad Employment law experience, both contentious and advisory
- Strong academic background
