We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic and expanding law firm, who are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their Corporate & Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced lawyers on a diverse range of corporate matters and to gain valuable exposure to various commercial legal transactions.

- Document Drafting & Review
- Company Secretarial Duties
- Client & Team Interaction
- Legal Research & Trademark Applications
- Marketing & Departmental Engagement
Other Duties:
- Participate in departmental meetings and training programmes.
- Keep up to date with industry standards and quality initiatives.
- Assist with tasks outside of your usual responsibilities as required, including supporting the firm's wider marketing and promotional activities.

- Mergers and Acquisitions (ranging from £100k to £10M)
- Corporate Restructuring & Management Buyouts
- Drafting Shareholders' Agreements & Company Secretarial Services
- Corporate Finance, Banking & Investment Transactions
- Commercial Contracts, including IP & Data Protection Policies
- General Corporate & Commercial Legal Advice
Skills & Experience Required:
Essential:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines.
- Experience in reviewing complex legal documents and contracts.
- Strong drafting skills and familiarity with legal documentation.
Desirable:
- Prior experience in corporate or commercial law is advantageous.
- Familiarity with company secretarial duties.
Additional Information:
This position is office-based initially, with potential for hybrid working once established in the role. Flexibility is required, as some transactions may require work outside of contracted hours.
