Copello are pleased to be partnered with a major Aerospace organisation in the Buckinghamshire area, who are recruiting for NPI Manufacturing Engineers to join their team on a permanent basis. The core function of the role will be to lead the introduction of new products, design, implementation and optimise manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Drive Design for Manufacture (DFM) activities for new and existing products with focus on automated manufacture.
  • Manage the transition from development to production, ensuring alignment of all stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with test department and production teams to resolve any testing discrepancies or failure modes.

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline, with experience with electronic and RF components.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment and quality systems.
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing, production engineering, or technical role, ideally with NPI manufacturing engineering experience.

Only UK Nationals can be considered for this role. This position will be on site at least 4 days per week with attractive flexible working patterns.
