Konker is currently recruiting for an experienced Architectural Technician to join a multi-disciplinary practice based on the outskirts of Portsmouth. This practice is family-run and has 24 people working for it. As an inclusive company with low staff turnover, you will be working independently but also as part of both the architecture and surveying teams.

The company has a wide variety of projects to work on, including MOD, Central Government Agencies, Education Authorities, Local Government, and various other private clients; no two projects will be the same. They are seeking an Architectural Technician with previous experience of working across RIBA Stages 1-4. Having experience with specifications and schedules (commercial) is advantageous, as is experience with Revit & Rendering software.

With the option to work at home allowed, most people spend 3 days in the Portsmouth office and 2 days at home. They offer a full range of professional property services across Southern England, including surveying, mechanical and electrical engineering, and architecture. The company also provides an additional incentive of offering their full support in helping workers achieve the MCIAT chartership.
