SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
FASHION BRANDS
We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to lead an organic Social Media team.
As part of the wider Marketing team, you will direct social strategy, community and platform engagement, and campaign execution. You will bring expert knowledge of social trends, platform algorithms, brand experience, and performance reporting. Responsible for ensuring the brand is at the forefront of social and digital trends, you will inspire new ways of working and empower teams managing the day-to-day implementation of channel strategies to meet key social and commercial KPIs.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Extensive experience in growing and managing social brand channels with background and experience in FASHION BRANDS and culture.
Creative thinking to drive unique and shareable social content alongside strategic and analytical skills.
In-depth knowledge of the social media channel-mix (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat)
Ability to handle multiple campaigns, communicate effectively, and engage with stakeholders.
Adaptability under pressure, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments across multiple projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Ownership of all Menswear social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand and business strategies.
Manage the execution of social channel strategies, focusing on KPIs and campaign impact.
Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ideate, design, and carry-out innovative, social-first campaigns that engage our audience.
With the team, manage content planning, delivery, execution, and community engagement.
Oversee reporting and analytics, using data and insights to optimise for continuous improvement.
Build strong relationships with social platforms, identifying new opportunities and managing collaboration projects.
Work with a range of social performance tools for campaign execution and performance analysis from listening to content-planning.
Find new and exciting ways to engage customers via social media channels to drive awareness, conversation, and affinity to the global menswear brand.
Champion global menswear brand values across all social activations, working closely with cross-functional teams (digital, PR, and commercial teams) to deliver cohesive, impactful strategies.
N.B:
Candidates must have a proven track record of working for a Fashion Brand or Cultured Brand to be considered.
