We are looking for a passionate Night Concierge who understands the high expectations of luxury living and can provide a bespoke service that reflects the quality and exclusivity of the building.
What You’ll Get:

- Pitman rota. Night shifts: 20:00 - 08:00

What You’ll Do:
- Provide an impeccable level of customer service to all residents, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations
- Manage guest access, deliveries, reservations, and all incoming requests promptly and professionally
- Assist with event planning, special requests, and personal concierge services for residents
- Ensure the smooth operation of the building, especially during night shifts, handling any emergencies or issues with professionalism and discretion
What We’re Looking For:
- Mandarin speaker (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience in a luxury property or high-end concierge role
- A passion for delivering exceptional service, with an eye for detail and a calm, professional manner
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with residents and external parties
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently
