As we continue to expand, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the planning, coordination, and delivery of our events.

Role Overview

As an Events Coordinator at OSC, you will take a hands-on approach to managing all aspects of event execution—from early-stage planning through to post-event review. You will be responsible for coordinating logistics, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, and ensuring that each event meets our standards of excellence. This role offers significant professional development opportunities, with a clear path toward progression into a management position.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events in line with client objectives and internal goals
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and team members throughout all stages of event planning
• Assist in the development and delivery of marketing strategies to promote events and maximise audience engagement
• Oversee event logistics, including venue coordination, staffing, materials preparation, and on-site delivery
• Conduct post-event evaluations, collect feedback, and identify areas for improvement
• Continuously look for ways to improve operational efficiency and streamline event processes

Requirements

• Proven interest or experience in event coordination, project management, or related fields
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlines
• A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn
• Based in or able to commute to Leith, Edinburgh
