Who we’re looking for
We’re looking for a Performance Creative Executive to join our growing strategy team. This role supports the Performance Creative Strategist in turning strategic direction into high-performing, platform-ready creative. You’ll play a hands-on role in bringing ideas to life—writing scripts, drafting briefs, deploying ads, and helping build the building blocks of creative that converts. You’ll be organised, proactive, and excited to learn the ropes of paid social creative inside an award-winning agency. This is an ideal role for someone who’s interested in the intersection of creative and performance, and wants to grow into a full strategist role over time.
The objective of the role
- Support Strategic Execution
- Turn approved ad concepts into detailed briefs, scripts, and storyboards.
- Write direct-response ad copy, hooks, overlays, and captions.
- Maintain and organise internal creative documentation and naming conventions.
- Help prepare creative presentations and client-facing decks.
- Upload and deploy ads in Meta Ads Manager (and other platforms where needed).
- Ensure correct campaign setup, naming, and asset tagging.
- Monitor early creative performance to flag trends or issues.
- Keep creative logs and test matrices up to date.
- Pull performance data into client-facing reports.
- Work closely with editors, designers, and creative ops to deliver assets on time.
- Attend internal briefing and review sessions to align on execution.
- Help manage rounds of feedback and file handoffs from draft to delivery.
Daily and monthly responsibilities
- Support the strategist in writing and refining scripts, copy, and creative hooks.
- Prepare detailed creator briefs and shot lists based on strategy direction.
- Deploy newly delivered assets into Meta Ads Manager, ensuring all fields are accurate.
- Maintain performance tracking sheets and asset libraries.
- Attend client check-ins (as needed) to support strategist with materials or insights.
- Research ad trends, competitors, and platform best practices to inspire new creative.
- Participate in internal creative reviews and insights meetings.
What you’ll be bringing to the team
- 1+ year experience in a marketing, paid social, creative, or content-focused role (agency or brand-side).
- Strong writing skills, especially for social or direct-response copy.
- Some working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (or willingness to learn fast).
- Highly organised with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable working across multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow within a performance-driven creative environment.
- Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Slack, Monday.com, and Google Slides.
