About Us: We are a growing e-commerce business based in the UK, committed to delivering exceptional products and customer experiences. As we expand our online presence, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketplace Manager to take charge of our operations across platforms like Amazon, eBay, Debenhams, Tesco, and others.

Role Overview: The Marketplace Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our online marketplace accounts. You'll be optimising listings, managing inventory, driving sales, and ensuring smooth customer experiences across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize listings across marketplaces
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow marketplace revenue
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights
  • Coordinate with customer service, marketing, and logistics teams
  • Ensure all listings comply with marketplace policies and guidelines
  • Oversee and monitor advertising campaigns (e.g. Amazon PPC)
  • Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for growth
  • Working with wider team on buying, stock control and new product development

Requirements:

  • Proven experience managing online marketplaces
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and marketplace algorithms
  • Familiarity with tools like Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, etc.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
