Responsibilities:
- Pallet Coordination, oversee daily logistics within The Pallet Network
- Quotation Management, provide accurate and competitive quotations for UK, European, and international shipments
- KPI Reporting & Compliance, monitor performance metrics including on-time delivery, cost per delivery, and load utilisation rates
- Customer Relations, manage relationships with partner depots across the UK and Ireland, ensuring high service standards.
