About the Role
As Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the production process. You’ll be responsible for managing your team, delivering against production targets, maintaining quality standards, and upholding health and safety procedures across your shift.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate shift teams, communicating clear expectations and monitoring individual and team performance.
- Manage workflow across production lines, resolving issues promptly to maintain output and quality.
- Drive compliance with Health & Safety standards, championing a safe working environment.
- Ensure all products meet company specifications and quality benchmarks.
- Coordinate shift handovers to ensure clarity and continuity across operations.
- Contribute to cost reduction, process improvements, and resource optimisation.
- Support training and development initiatives to build a high-performing team.
- Take an active role in continuous improvement and company growth plans.
- Maintain strong housekeeping standards for a clean and safe production area.
- Make informed decisions aligned with the company’s values and structure.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- FMCG Experience.
