The Role: As a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will:
- Manage your own caseload of high-quality dispute resolution matters under Partner supervision.
- Work on a diverse range of commercial disputes, including banking & finance litigation, contract disputes, professional negligence claims, shareholder disputes, defamation, judicial review, and contentious insolvency.
- Collaborate with leading individuals in the field on complex, high-value cases.
- Play a key role in the team’s continued growth and success in the Brighton market and beyond.
Requirements:
- 2+ years PQE in Commercial Dispute Resolution with a strong track record.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
