We are excited to be recruiting again for this UK-leading Defendant Clinical Negligence team, with these new roles just announced here in their Bristol office.

Our client is looking to fill a number of positions and you will have the opportunity to gain fantastic experience handling a challenging but incredibly rewarding caseload of Clinical Negligence work acting for a variety of clients, including:

  • work for NHS Resolution
  • various key NHS Trust clients
  • the MDU
  • independent providers
  • a number of specialist medical malpractice insurers

This is a chance to turbo-charge your career joining a leading UK/international firm, a market leader in particular in these areas of Insurance, Health and Real Estate. The firm represents a wide range of clients – from household names to government departments and NHS bodies, and act for nearly all of the top-20 UK and global insurers. Within their specialist Clinical Risk practice they have a proven track record handling the most complex claims across all medical specialisms.

You will ideally already have some experience of Clinical Negligence work, and perhaps most importantly you will be an ambitious and conscientious individual who will relish the opportunity to join an award-winning, progressive and highly specialised team. Our client is also willing to consider candidates who have a background in Personal Injury, wider Civil Litigation and/or Insurance law if you can demonstrate your genuine interest in moving into Clinical Risk work.
