You\’ll deliver a wide range of generalist HR services, provide expert guidance on employee relations, and contribute to strategic people initiatives. Your new role Key responsibilities within this role include: Provide first-line HR support and advice on policies, procedures, and employment matters. Support organisational change, restructures, and absence management. Advise on flexible working, maternity/paternity, and employee relations. Ensure compliance with employment law, ACAS guidelines, and internal policies. Contribute to training design and delivery, policy development, and people projects. Maintain HR data and reporting, ensuring GDPR compliance. Promote positive union relations and continuous process improvement.
