The Team:
Focused on transactions of GBP 1-50m for income producing real estate and commercial owner occupiers – this can include but is not limited to commercial and residential investment loans and operating businesses such as PBSA, BTR, Care homes and Hotels.
The Role:
To originate and execute debt transactions aligned to the banks risk appetite. You’ll play a significant part in growing the banks lending exposure to good quality commercial real estate and managing introducer relationships, whilst at the same time supporting senior management with the sales and marketing strategy and product reviews.
You’ll need to be:
An experienced origination focused commercial banker with a real estate finance specialism. You’ll come with a recent successful track record of winning new business along with a relevant introducer network. You’ll possess the skills and the ability to assess, write and present complex lending proposals.
