Working for the region's premium Hotel & Country Inn group, you will be tasked with working alongside the group Exec chef to support the talented kitchens throughout the region, covering holidays, occasional shortages, and events. This is a very rewarding position for the right forward-thinking head chef.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- A proven fresh food led background, ideally to a Rosette standard, be it Gastro, Restaurant or Hotel
- The position is ideally for an established head chef, although sous chefs with a proven management history will be considered
- A desire to innovate & create, and be excited by local seasonal products
- A sound understanding of kitchen management
- Being mobile is a must due to location and nature of the position, no company car included - Yet!
