Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant
- Drive continuous improvement to enhance productivity
- Manage and develop a team of operators
- Implement process improvement policies to optimize yield
- Ensure production activities are carried out according to schedule
- Work closely with the quality team
- Ensure that all necessary documentation and validation activities are conducted
- Ensure all Health and Safety regulations are met within manufacturing
- Lead the investigation and any deviations or quality issues
- Lead any Change controls
Experience
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulatory requirements (MHRA)
- Proven leadership experience
- Solid understanding of process optimization
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
