The Role
We’re looking for a smart, switched-on Senior Lifestyle Assistant (SLA) to support our Client team. This is a fast-paced, detail-led role that blends research, logistics, and lifestyle curation. You’ll help ensure that our clients receive timely, thoughtful responses to their requests - whether you’re sourcing hard-to-get tickets, planning bespoke travel, or coordinating their calendars.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching everything from the best florists in Paris to hidden-gem family villas in Puglia
- Booking luxury and complex travel itineraries
- Liaising with tradespeople, domestic staff, and high-end service providers
- Paying invoices and managing expenses for household teams
- Sourcing and securing tickets to sold-out events
- Making restaurant reservations and booking appointments
- Curating thoughtful gift ideas to suit the client’s preferences and budget
- Sending detailed calendar invites and managing schedules
- Helping to organise private events
- Contributing to our quarterly What’s On cultural guide (art, theatre, music, exhibitions)
What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury lifestyle, concierge, UHNW private PA support, or high-end travel
- Strong knowledge of London’s cultural landscape - restaurants, events, hotels and more
- Impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multitask with calm precision
- A natural team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A second language (Spanish, French, or Italian) is a plus
- A positive, proactive mindset and solutions-first attitude
Package & Perks
- Salary from £36,500 DOE
- Up to 10% performance & revenue bonus
- 20 days holiday (excluding public holidays and a Christmas break)
- 1 day WFH a week post training period (6 months)
- Start Date: ASAP
