MacGregor Black is currently partnering with a Leading Retailer in the search for a CRO Analyst to join their London-based team. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least three days per week.
As a CRO Analyst, you will lead analytics projects that enhance e-commerce performance, leveraging a combination of quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable insights. Working closely with multiple teams, you will support website optimisation, campaign tracking, and overall digital effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks for digital initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct deep data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across e-commerce and marketing performance.
- Collaborate with teams to track key KPIs and evolve strategies to improve user experience and engagement.
- Drive insights through A/B testing and commercial analysis, validating outcomes and recommending optimisation strategies.
- Support marketing and e-commerce teams by analysing website performance, forecasting trends, and evaluating promotional effectiveness.
- Train and upskill colleagues on digital tools and data analysis, promoting a culture of self-serve analytics.
- Improve data quality across digital platforms, ensuring accurate reporting and actionable insights.
- Apply advanced analytics techniques, including SQL and data visualisation tools, to enhance reporting and business intelligence.
- 2+ years’ experience in digital analytics, e-commerce performance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Amplitude Analytics, Google Analytics, or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI for data visualisation.
- Expertise in A/B testing, digital optimisation, or commercial analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with the ability to extract and manipulate data effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into business recommendations.
- A proactive mindset, able to work independently and collaborate across teams.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Python for data analysis, or Content Square is a plus.
