We’re looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to play a key role in supporting project delivery. This position is ideal for someone with a background in engineering industries, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about process improvement and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, forecasts, and work breakdown structures.
- Track project deliverables, task completion, and costs against estimates.
- Support project controls and reporting with accurate data collection.
- Conduct critical path analysis and participate in risk reviews.
- Collaborate with production teams to solve problems and negotiate task priorities.
- Provide cost-to-completion analysis and maintain consistent project reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement across project delivery processes.
- Manage small or non-technical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to spec.
- Coordinate closely with both engineering and manufacturing teams.
Required:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in project planning, financial tracking, and risk management.
- Collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
- Resilience, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project).
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as IFS or equivalents.

Preferred:
- Project support or PMO experience.
- Experience in subcontractor management.
- APM Level 5 qualification.
