Our client, a top 50 UK law firm, are looking for a Reception Supervisor to join a leading professional services environment on a 12-month fixed term contract. This pivotal role involves leading a reception and boardroom team, ensuring outstanding client service is delivered consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily reception, boardroom, and switchboard operations
- Manage rotas, holidays, and workload allocation across the team
- Line manage and support Receptionists
- Address inquires and concerns promptly and effectively
- Play an active role in recruitment and onboarding of new team members
- Coordinate team training and continuous improvement initiatives
- Champion a high-quality, professional front-of-house experience
- Manage high-profile internal and client events
- Systems & Reporting, detailing visitor feedback and operational statistics
- Use and manage booking and telephony systems (e.g., Trimble, Condeco, MS Teams, Logitech)
- Monitor and report on service usage, equipment issues, and visitor experience
- Identify and implement service improvements
About you:
- Experience leading a boardroom team and managing front-of-house team in a dynamic, client-facing environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and reception/room booking systems
- A proactive, flexible, and enthusiastic attitude with a keen eye for detail
