We are looking for a Workday Specialist with a deep understanding of the technical and functional aspects of the Workday platform, with deep experience in implementing Workday for HCM (Human Capital Management) and Finance functions.
This role is specifically focused on providing guidance at the early ‘discovery’ stage of a new Workday implementation. The consultant will leverage their deep Workday expertise to map high-level business requirements to the Workday platform functionality, identifying the technical requirements and challenges, together with recommended options to resolve.
This role will encompass both business and technical domains and will require the role holder to have experience in senior stakeholder management, preferably in a consulting or advisory context.
Key Skills & Experience- Solid experience in delivering Workday HCM solutions (particularly Core HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Payroll)
- Experience working with Workday Finance solutions.
- Strong technical background in Workday Integrations, Data Migration, Security, System Architecture, and Customisations.
- Sound knowledge of Workday functional areas, particularly Core HCM, Talent Management, Recruiting, and Payroll.
- Experience in greenfield implementations and navigating system integrations.
- Experience with Workday integration tools, including Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Workday Web Services (WWS), and Workday Cloud Connect.
