Business Development Manager
Providing Fluid Solutions to construction, industrial, utility customers
- £50,000 Basic salary
- UNCAPPED Commission – 1.25% of Revenue
- OTE £75,000 +
- Package includes car, private healthcare, pension, holidays, etc.
- North East – Yorkshire & Lincolnshire
- Field Sales role
- 60% New Business, 40% Existing Accounts

The Role:
- Field Based position, providing fluid pumping, filtration and displacement solutions to customers across the infrastructure, construction, utility industries.
- Key focus on New Business – 60% of Revenue.
- Existing account growth – 40% of Revenue.
- Visit trade shows and represent the company\’s product/service offering.
- Stay updated on market trends and opportunities.
- Revenue Driven Targets – Achievable and Realistic.
Experience Desired:
- Technical Experience – Pumps, Seals, Valves, Filters, pumping, filtration, water treatment.
- Sales Experience – both existing accounts and new business.
- Engineering qualifications or experience (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing)
