Business Development Manager

Providing Fluid Solutions to construction, industrial, utility customers

  • £50,000 Basic salary
  • UNCAPPED Commission – 1.25% of Revenue
  • OTE £75,000 +
  • Package includes car, private healthcare, pension, holidays, etc.
  • North East – Yorkshire & Lincolnshire
  • Field Sales role
  • 60% New Business, 40% Existing Accounts

The Role:

  • Field Based position, providing fluid pumping, filtration and displacement solutions to customers across the infrastructure, construction, utility industries.
  • Key focus on New Business – 60% of Revenue.
  • Existing account growth – 40% of Revenue.
  • Visit trade shows and represent the company\’s product/service offering.
  • Stay updated on market trends and opportunities.
  • Revenue Driven Targets – Achievable and Realistic.

Experience Desired:

  • Technical Experience – Pumps, Seals, Valves, Filters, pumping, filtration, water treatment.
  • Sales Experience – both existing accounts and new business.
  • Engineering qualifications or experience (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing)
