Our not-for-profit organisation is looking for a compassionate, professional, and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an HR advisor.
Duties include:
- Managing the sponsorship recruitment including accommodation
- Overseeing the recruitment system for the company as a whole
- Monitoring HR KPIs
- Managing employee contracts
- Assisting with minute taking in HR meetings
- General admin to support the HR manager
Experience of working in a care setting would be beneficial but not essential as we will help you develop the skills you need. Experience in a similar HR role is desirable.
