A very special structural engineering practice in South Wales is looking to strengthen its internal succession plan with an experienced structural engineer. This person will join at a senior level and is required to bridge the gap between the design team and senior management. This business has a rich history with an excellent reputation, typically working on a mix of residential and commercial work. This role presents a very real opportunity to join a hugely successful business and be considered for a Director’s post within 12 months.
