D365 Executive, D365 Administrator, D365 Specialist, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Part Remote D365 Executive, D365 Administrator, D365 Specialist, CRM Executive required to work for a Professional Services company based in Central London. However, this will be mainly remote and you will only be required to go into the office circa twice a month. The firmwide Contact Management System (CMS), based on the Dynamics 365 / D365 platform, is used to store all contact, campaign, opportunity and sales pipeline data. This role sits within the Marketing Department within the firm. We need you to have Microsoft Dynamics (preferably D365) experience, along with being confident with Power BI. Any exposure to or knowledge of DevOps would be a bonus. The overall CMS team are part of the Markets, Sales & Clients department, and work closely with Digital Marketing. They provide CMS support to the business, but more importantly, they focus on improving the CMS product based on the needs and requirements of users by advising on the best ways to develop the CMS technology available. This being said, we need an experienced CRM Executive who has some specific experience with Microsoft Dynamics or D365 (preferably D365). If you are certified with the Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification, even better!!! Read on for more details… Experience required: * * A good understanding of data management and CRM (D365 specific) systems. * Good communication skills to become a trusted point of contact and support. * The ability to resolve non routine issues by escalating to the managers in the CMS team. * Strong listening skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
