About the role:
As a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our visual identity and elevating our marketing activities. Reporting to the Graphic Design Manager, you’ll work closely with our eCommerce team to ensure that all digital assets across platforms like Amazon maintain brand consistency and resonate with our audience.
Drawing on your toolkit of experience, here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Optimizing Digital Assets: Tailor all digital assets for various platforms, ensuring they reflect brand standards.
- Creating Infographics: Design visually engaging, informative, and brand-aligned infographics for Amazon and other multi-regional marketplaces to enhance product listings.
- Resizing Assets and Banners: Resize visual assets to meet the specific requirements of different online platforms across multi-regional markets.
- Adapting to Seasonal Campaigns: Design creative assets that align with multi-regional seasonal events, holidays, and product launches, where required.
- Ecommerce Platform Focus: Focus on creating digital assets for Amazon and other multi-regional eCommerce platforms, optimizing images and banners to drive maximum impact.
About You:
With a proven track record as a Mid-Weight Graphic Designer, you bring a collaborative and proactive approach, backed by strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude. Your blend of creativity and meticulous attention to detail will be highly valued.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Experience in Supporting eCommerce Teams: Experience working with marketplaces, particularly Amazon, is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong Ability to Deliver Tailored Graphic Design Solutions: Proven capability to create graphic design solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of eCommerce platforms.
- 5+ Years as a Digital Designer: A well-established background in creating digital assets for various online platforms, with a portfolio that demonstrates your ability to produce compelling and impactful visual content.
- Expertise with Design Software: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Klaviyo, and other relevant design tools to craft high-quality digital assets.
- Brand Consistency: Skilled at upholding brand identity and ensuring visual consistency across a wide range of touchpoints and platforms.
- Exposure to eCommerce Strategy: While not a must, familiarity with eCommerce strategies—such as driving traffic and optimizing for conversion—will set you apart.
