About the Role:
We’re looking for a dynamic and adaptable professional to join our customer, a legal software company. This role is designed as a contract position initially, with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role. Job Title: Legal Operations & Paralegal Support Specialist
Location: London — Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote, with flexibility)
Duration: Initial 3-month contract with the potential to convert to a permanent role
Key Responsibilities:
- Support administrative and legal operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day processes
- Learn the business, build relationships, and integrate into the team
- Transition into a paralegal role, providing legal support and assistance
- Take ownership of processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements
- Contribute to qualification activities, if of interest
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in smaller organizations, comfortable with minimal structure and ambiguity
- Proactive mindset with the ability to own and improve processes
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Interest in growing within a legal support capacity
- Flexibility to adapt to both in-office and remote work environments
