Here are 3 Career-changing reasons to join this business as an Account Executive:

  • Accelerate your career with a fast-track path to Senior AE and leadership—top performers can get promoted in as little as 6–12 months
  • Earn serious money with uncapped commission, a strong base, and accelerator bonuses that reward every win
  • Be part of a scale-up where your work shapes the future of startup growth—your ideas and energy have real impact from day one

We’re looking for an ambitious Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and making waves in the startup and advisory world.

What’s in it for you?

You’ll be running the full sales cycle (inbound only—no cold calling here), guiding top-tier advisors and NEDs from demo to close. Expect to run around 100 demos a month, all while working with a seriously supportive team that loves to celebrate every win—think regular socials, brunches, and a culture that’s as collaborative as it is competitive.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Engaging and qualifying executive-level prospects using a consultative, relationship-driven approach
  • Presenting and selling innovative advisory and subscription programs (including a game-changing “Transition to Portfolio” for NEDs)
  • Keeping your pipeline, records, and process sharp so you don’t just hit targets—you smash them
  • Collaborating with a team that’s scaling fast, especially in the US, and always open to new ideas and feedback

What makes you a great fit?

You’ve got 1–3 years’ outbound sales experience (SDR, AE, telesales, or similar). You’re resilient, coachable, and hungry for both financial rewards and rapid career progression. If you’ve worked with US or international teams, even better.

Why is this team different?

You’ll be surrounded by ambitious, talented people who genuinely care about making a difference in the startup world. The business is small enough for you to work closely with senior leaders and other functions, giving you a holistic understanding of how startups grow. You’ll get hands-on learning, cross-functional exposure, and the freedom to shape your own success story.

Perks include:

  • Competitive salary and uncapped commission
  • Hybrid working (2 days in a vibrant London HQ)
  • Annual company trips to top European destinations - ie Split in Croatia this September!

This role is selling to the US market and therefore is US hours. Mon- Thurs 2pm-10pm inc an hour meal break and Fridays 2pm-5.30pm.

Ready to take your sales career to the next level, make your mark, and have fun doing it? Apply now & let’s talk about your future!
