Kidderminster College is a thriving college in the heart of the West Midlands. To meet our ambition of delivering an exciting and outstanding educational experience, we need an enthusiastic and inspiring teacher in Animal Care. This post provides an excellent opportunity for a teacher with enthusiasm and drive who is committed to lively, student-focused teaching. The post will be predominantly to teach Animal Care Level 2. It would be an advantage for candidates to be able to deliver on land-based courses.

We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified teachers who hold relevant professional qualifications and ideally a teaching qualification to a level 3 standard or above. The successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach, be independent and proactive, coupled with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills. You will have strong communication skills and be able to negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation.
