Ready to take ownership of a significant Microsoft 365 migration? DigX is seeking a Cloud Migration Consultant to lead a migration of a central Microsoft 365 environment (circa 350 users) into a streamlined new tenant for one of our dynamic and growing clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to directly shape future cloud infrastructure while representing DigX in delivering high-impact digital transformation services.

What You'll Achieve as the Cloud Migration Consultant:

  • Spearhead the end-to-end migration of all core M365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive).
  • Own the technical delivery: planning, configuration, execution, and support.
  • Work directly in the M365 Admin Centre, managing users, licenses, policies, and security.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure a smooth and well-communicated transition.
  • Develop and implement a clear migration plan, prioritising data integrity and user experience.
  • Create user-friendly guides and communications to support the business.
  • Proactively manage risks and ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide post-migration support and optimisation.

What You'll Bring as the Cloud Migration Consultant:

  • Proven success delivering full M365 tenant-to-tenant migrations (300+ users).
  • Deep practical knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, M365 Admin, and Azure AD.
  • Experience with M365 migration tools and methodologies.
  • Hands-on skills in user management, policies, domain setup, and security within M365.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A self-driven, organised approach with a strong focus on delivery.
  • Experience coordinating with various technical and business teams.
  • Solid understanding of M365 data governance and best practices.
