Due to growth, they are looking to hire a Performance Marketing Manager, reporting to the Head of Digital to plan & execute their performance marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement strategies to improve conversion rates across onsite and paid channels, ensuring measurable improvements in digital performance.
- Develop and execute comprehensive A/B testing initiatives, using data insights to personalise user experiences and enhance engagement.
- Manage onsite testing and personalisation projects from ideation to execution, working closely with UX, Product, and Marketing teams to optimise user journeys.
- Collaborate with brand and customer marketing teams to ensure digital campaigns align with the wider marketing plan and brand strategy.
- Launch and optimise paid acquisition campaigns with a focus on driving cost-effective conversions, ensuring campaigns deliver measurable results.
- Own and manage performance marketing roadmaps, adopting a testing mindset to drive efficiency and maximise return on investment.
- Strengthen digital tracking and reporting capabilities, working with Insights, Data, and third-party suppliers to measure effectiveness and refine strategies.
What Weβre Looking For From You:
- Extensive experience in digital marketing and performance marketing, with a strong track record in paid media, conversion rate optimisation, and customer acquisition.
- Experience in membership or subscription would be an advantage.
