Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose, repair, and maintain motors, pumps, gearboxes, fans, and other rotating equipment
- Conduct AC & DC motor/armature rewinding
- Perform root cause analysis and implement effective solutions
- Accurately report and log work using our job control system
- Support and mentor engineering apprentices
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulation.
- Recognised apprenticeship in electro-mechanical engineering
- NVQ level 3 is essential as a minimum.
- 10+ years of experience in the electric motor/pump repair industry (preferred)
- Strong understanding of limits & fits
- Ability to mentor and train junior engineers
- Computer literate with good reporting skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and a strong problem-solver
