Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer – Central Belt of Scotland

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established HVAC contractor, operating across the Central Belt of Scotland. This company has a strong reputation in refrigeration, air conditioning, and building services, delivering reliable service and maintenance solutions to a variety of clients.

The Role

As an Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide range of air conditioning equipment, including:

• Pack systems
• Cold rooms
• Integral units
• Display cabinets
• Split systems
• VRV/VRF systems

Requirements

• F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential)
• NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (preferred)
• Hydrocarbon certification (beneficial but not essential)
• Experience in supermarket refrigeration (advantageous)

• Salary: £42,411 (dependent on experience)
• £2000 uplift on salary
• 1 in 4 standby £250 per week (£3,250 per year)
• Total = £47,661 package
• 41.5-hour working week
