Residential Conveyancer – Locum, 3+ years’ experience, Gloucestershire, c. £45 per hour. An opportunity to join a well-recognised and reputable law firm on locum basis and support the residential conveyancing team. OVERVIEW:
• A locum assignment for a residential conveyancer with a strong knowledge base and a minimum of three years’ experience in property conveyancing
• The appointed locum will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of transactions, including freehold, leasehold, Help to Buy, new build, shared ownership, and lease extensions
• As an experienced locum, you will be expected to hit the ground running with confidence and demonstrate familiarity with a variety of case management systems
• This assignment is available from mid-July through to the end of August
• Flexible working arrangements are available
