A locum assignment for a residential conveyancer with a strong knowledge base and a minimum of three yearsβ experience in property conveyancing.
- The appointed locum will be responsible for managing a mixed caseload of transactions, including freehold, leasehold, Help to Buy, new build, shared ownership, and lease extensions.
- As an experienced locum, you will be expected to hit the ground running with confidence and demonstrate familiarity with a variety of case management systems.
- This assignment is available from mid-July through to the end of August.
- Flexible working arrangements are available.
