We are looking to recruit a SHEQ Advisor to join a Civils and Utilities contractor in the heart of Northamptonshire. This is a great opportunity to join a business with a great family feel, who pride themselves in providing a great working environment for their employees. This role comes with a clear progression plan to a managerial role.

Responsibilities for SHEQ Advisor:

  • Ensure safety audits are carried out on site.
  • Managing accident investigations where required.
  • Be able to travel to site regularly, with a can-do attitude.
  • Be responsible for Inductions, RAMS reviews, FFT, PAT Testing & NERS / ISO compliance.
  • Spend 95% of time out on sites, with the opportunity to work from home following probation period.

Requirements for SHEQ Advisor:

  • 2/3 years' experience in SHEQ Advisory positions.
  • CSCS Card.
  • IOSH / NEBOSH Certification.
  • CITB Health & Safety Awareness.
  • Mental Health First Aid.
  • A willingness to travel UK wide.
  • Good working experience of Microsoft programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).
