We are looking to recruit a SHEQ Advisor to join a Civils and Utilities contractor in the heart of Northamptonshire. This is a great opportunity to join a business with a great family feel, who pride themselves in providing a great working environment for their employees. This role comes with a clear progression plan to a managerial role.
Responsibilities for SHEQ Advisor:
- Ensure safety audits are carried out on site.
- Managing accident investigations where required.
- Be able to travel to site regularly, with a can-do attitude.
- Be responsible for Inductions, RAMS reviews, FFT, PAT Testing & NERS / ISO compliance.
- Spend 95% of time out on sites, with the opportunity to work from home following probation period.
Requirements for SHEQ Advisor:
- 2/3 years' experience in SHEQ Advisory positions.
- CSCS Card.
- IOSH / NEBOSH Certification.
- CITB Health & Safety Awareness.
- Mental Health First Aid.
- A willingness to travel UK wide.
- Good working experience of Microsoft programmes (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).
