Our client, a global firm, are looking to hire an Associate Reward Partner to join their team in London on a hybrid basis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing reward practice and deliver reward solutions to some of the largest corporations in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries consulting on reward matters
- Offer your expertise across reward including reward strategy, job architecture and incentive design
- Identify opportunities to develop new business
- Develop tailored services to each client based on their specific needs
- Participate in the RPF process as a subject matter expert on reward
- Oversee the successful delivery of client projects
- Work closely with internal departments
Key Requirements:
- At least 10 years Reward experience
- Must have strong technical reward knowledge and experience
- Experience mentoring and leading a team
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to aid decision making
- Commercial awareness is needed for this opportunity
- Ability to build strong valuable relationships both internally and externally including stakeholders
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
