Our client, a global firm are looking to hire an Associate Reward Partner to join their team in London on a hybrid basis. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing reward practice and deliver reward solutions to some of the largest corporations in the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries consulting on reward matters
  • Offer your expertise across reward including reward strategy, job architecture and incentive design
  • Identify opportunities to develop new business
  • Develop tailored services to each client based on their specific needs
  • Participate in the RPF process as a subject matter expert on reward
  • Oversee the successful delivery of client projects
  • Work closely with internal departments

Key Requirements:

  • At least 10 years Reward experience
  • Must have strong technical reward knowledge and experience
  • Experience mentoring and leading a team
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to aid decision making
  • Commercial awareness is needed for this opportunity
  • Ability to build strong valuable relationships both internally and externally including stakeholders
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
