Salary: £26,014 per annum

Job Type: Fixed Term Contract: 6 Months, Full time.

The Vacancy:

Leeds Federated is seeking a proactive and organised Casework Administrator to support our Resolutions Team over a 6-month fixed term. This is a great opportunity to support vital casework that makes a real difference to individuals and communities across our services. You'll play a key supporting role, keeping our complex casework on track, liaising with partners, and ensuring we meet key deadlines and objectives.

What you'll do:

  • Support the resolutions team in delivering positive outcomes for high-priority cases
  • Coordinating and attending case work meetings
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions
  • Conducting research and preparing briefing notes
  • Logging and updating all casework on internal systems
  • Supporting with document preparation, correspondence, and reporting
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Monitoring case-related costs and referrals to support agencies
  • Identify good practice and highlight areas for improvement
