We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations. The FM will be responsible for financial reporting, preparing budgeting & facilitating forecasting, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and leadership to support the company's financial health and growth, working alongside part time FD.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of day-to-day financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare and present draft accurate and timely financial statements / monthly MI in compliance with accounting standards working alongside FD.
- Work with FD to support discipline around cash flow, working capital, and financial planning to support business objectives.
- Develop and implement internal controls and financial policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and other financial professionals where required.
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to drive business performance.
- Lead the wider finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyse financial data and trends to support decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings, VAT returns, and other statutory financial obligations.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve financial efficiency and operational effectiveness.
