Technical Field Trainer Salary: Competitive Brief Description of Role: Prepare and maintain a technical training induction program for new employees. Work closely with Senior Engineers and Service Managers to understand and support the training requirements of their teams. Collaborate with the Technical team to ensure consistent high standards in training across the team. Stay technically familiar with new and existing equipment, including the latest modifications, to support training requests and offer advice to field engineers. Liaise with service partners and provide relevant training to ensure a high level of service. Seek ongoing efficiencies and improvements in all training programs.
