About Us

To help us on our mission to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary, we are looking for a talented and passionate Duty Managers to join our incredible teams in our beautiful London Bridge Venue.

The Job

  • Supporting the General Manager and AGM in leading the venue both operationally and from a people perspective.
  • Look after our people: Identify recruitment needs, advertise, interview, recruit and induct new team members.
  • Inspire and drive team performance and manage performance issues, if they arise, or escalate where appropriate.
  • Maximise Trading: Improve the administration and efficiency of the venue ensuring consistently high standards of communication within the company and externally.
  • Contribute to the profitability of the venue by supporting the GM.
  • Deliver a spectacular Guest Experience: Lead by example to ensure that the highest possible levels of guest service is delivered by the team at all times.
