Requirements
A rare opportunity to join a world leading manufacturer as their Ruminant Department. This is a pivotal role within the business where the successful candidate will provide the very best of technical advice on young animal nutritional feed.
Working closely with the Sales and Technical team you will provide technical sales support for customers via phone, video calls and in person.
Key Accountabilities
- Sales Profit Growth: Achieving annual sales volume and profit targets for the portfolio working with the sales team & execution of the technical and commercial strategy.
- Customer support: Help to develop the customer’s strategy and support in its execution in line with company strategy by providing on farm technical support, including dual calling with customer sales teams to support sales and complaint resolution you will deliver high quality support for the portfolio.
- Training of customer sales teams
- Farmer technical advice and support.
- Complaint resolution.
To succeed in this role you will be degree qualified with strong knowledge of calf nutrition and sustainable animal production as well as experience of supporting customers and providing on farm technical support.
