Responsibilities:
- Develop, deliver and maintain a high service standard of all building fabric, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) facilities throughout all Foster + Partners’ offices, properties, and site offices. This role is primarily responsible for supervising contractors’ Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks and remedial works, ensuring safe and efficient operation and maintenance, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
- Assist the Facilities Maintenance Manager for planning and implementation of PPM tasks and remedial works to ensure they are compiled in accordance with statutory regulations and industry standards.
- Provide daily supervision and monitoring contractors’ PPM and remedial works. Oversee contractor’s site activities such as attendance, site access, work arrangements and inspection, etc. during and outside standard working hours.
- Verify that contractor works are completed adhered to PPM schedules, statutory requirements, and recommended remedial actions, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
- Assist the Facilities Maintenance Manager to review and follow up on remedial quotations from PPM contractors, ensuring work orders are raised and completed for all remedial works.
- Liaise and support the Facilities Help Desk requests for PPM contractors, scheduling in and updating of PPM tickets.
- Ensure all statutory and regulatory maintenance schedules are completed in accordance with statutory regulations.
