We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Group Marketing Manager to lead our marketing department and drive our organisation’s growth strategies on behalf of our three sister companies, namely: The Institute for Arts in Therapy and Education (IATE), Trauma Informed Schools UK (TIS UK) and The Centre for Child Mental Health (CCMH). This leadership role is pivotal for establishing our brand presence in the market, driving customer engagement and expanding market share through targeted marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and executing high-impact campaigns across multiple channels. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of our marketing initiatives, including digital, content, and traditional marketing efforts.

As Group Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and maximize our marketing ROI. Your expertise in market research and data analytics will support informed decision-making and optimize our approach to reach potential consumers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communication strategy that aligns with the Organisation’s strategic growth initiatives and objectives.
  • Market Research: Develop and implement ongoing market research and competitive analysis strategies to inform marketing decisions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Campaign Development and Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, and traditional platforms to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Brand Management and Messaging: Ensure consistent brand messaging, identity and tone of voice across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Content Strategy and Creation: Develop, implement and refine a content strategy to create meaningful and impactful content that drives business success.
  • Digital Marketing: Leading the ongoing development and management of the Organisation’s websites.
  • Budget Planning and Management: Manage marketing budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated effectively across all Companies to maximise return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaboration and Management: Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to develop and implement marketing strategy, plans and deliverables.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to inform future strategies to improve performance.
QUALIFICATIONS/AFFILIATED REGISTRATIONS:
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, CIM qualified.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a management role. Background in education sector marketing desirable.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, and a proven track record of designing and implementing B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
SALARY DETAILS/HOURS WORKED:
  • Hours: 0.6 FTE (22.5 hours per week), based at Divisible Space.
  • Salary: £50,000 pro rata, equating to £30,000 per annum.
  • Annual leave: 30 days pro rata, including bank holidays.
