Scope of the Role
As Senior Design Engineer, youll uncover customer needs, explore new technologies, and develop validated concepts that drive product innovation.

Conduct discovery research across EMEA to uncover product opportunities

Lead ideation and develop proof-of-concept prototypes

Collaborate with internal teams and academic partners on new solutions

Build business cases to support innovation proposals

Ensure smooth handover from concept development to product engineering
Key Skills and Experience Required

Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Product Design Engineering

Skilled in CAD (SolidWorks essential; Creo a plustraining provided)

Background in user-led development as a Senior R&D Engineer, Innovation Engineer, or User-Centred Designer

Confident developing prototypes and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Strong communicator with research and business case development skills
