Business Development Executive / Manager
Β£50,000 – Β£60,000 + Commission + Car Allowance + BUPA + Pension
Opportunity for a Technical Engineer/Supervisor/Jnr Manager to make the transition into a fully supported and full hands on training into a Business Development Executive/Manager for a Leading Independently owned M&E Maintenance, service and projects business.
Full training, support and 1:1 working with and from a industry leading Sales Director who has been instrumental in the companies expansion over the past 2 yrs, with grow of over 60%+ which is expected to continue and why the expansion of the team is desired.
Must have a sound technical background on site services and functions, plus be able to provide support initial in asset verification, identification of equipment and the maintenance requirements using SFG20 codes, to building the tenders.
Will need a positive and βcan do β approach and attitude, whilst the role is generally hybrid, in the early months will need to be flexible and willing to travel throughout the SE UK to help and support Sales Director, whilst learning the trade.
Some specific tasks :-
- Pricing of all re-bids, contract extensions and renewals of existing contracts
- Developing relationships with either new clients or different areas of existing clients.
- Communication with the contact at regular intervals, nurturing the relationship through
to opportunity/tender stage
- OJEU β Completing of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires
